​We have examined issues on drinking water in Minnesota—including identifying opportunities for the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) to better manage risks to drinking water and estimating the costs and benefits of replacing residential lead service. Our work on lead service lines was used to justify a bill allocating funds to replace all lead service lines in Minnesota.
