He has expertise in environmental markets and finance, water rights and markets, groundwater rights and management, fishery rights and management, agricultural land markets, and crop production and governmental crop programs. He has used his academic expertise to provide insight to business clients and governmental agencies. He performs economic feasibility analysis and economic impact analysis, analysis and preparation of environmental and agricultural impact statements, and valuation (especially related to agriculture and water).
